Chicbinaa Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and refund process. Below are the details of our Refund and Return Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused: To ensure hygiene standards, products must not have been opened or used.
- The product is in its original condition: All returned products must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- Return request within 30 days: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Any requests after this period will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
- Gift cards or promotional codes

3. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@chicbinaa.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:
- Your order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
- Packaging: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, along with the RA number. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt for reference.
- Return Shipping: Send the product back to us at the address provided in your return instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.

Please note that Chicbinaa is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Times:
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds to credit cards may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- PayPal or Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account or the method used for payment within 1-2 business days after approval.
Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. Any discounts applied to the original order may be adjusted when issuing your refund.
5. Exchanges
At this time, Chicbinaa does not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different color, size, or item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

7. Sale or Promotional Items
Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional code are eligible for returns or refunds under the same conditions as full-priced items. However, returns on sale items may be subject to special conditions, which will be specified on the product page or during checkout.
